bug with press permit and assigning categories from media library manager assiss

Hi there

using the popular media manager ‘media library assisstant’. I have a role setup and as far as i can tell i have given that role full access to att. categories that it uses and from the media manager when logged in on this role i can assign categories to a file just fine.

However if i am in a page/post and click the toggle categories link from the media manager when inserting media in a post they are all disabled!

if i switch back to the generic ‘editor’ wp role this is fine, i’v tried every combo any ideas?

not sure what plugin is at fault here?
