Hi @giorgosm,
Thank you for reporting this. How are you inserting the snippet into the archive page? Are you using a shortcode or the auto-insert options?
Are you using any type of conditional logic in the settings of the snippet?
Wow quick reply!
Im using the shortcode option and no conditional logic.
Thank you for the details. I can’t think of anything that would prevent the snippet from loading when you are not logged-in except for: cache or conditional logic in the settings of the snippet.
Would it be possible to export the snippet from Tools > Export and send us the export file via the form at https://wpcode.com/contact to run some tests on our end?
Sure i would be happy to but im using the free option of the plugin, i do not have an account.
You don’t need an account to submit the form, you can click the “Complete a form” button under “I have a basic question” on that page.
Thank you
There is no file attachment option there.
its ok i send it over with wetransfer
Thank you @giorgosm got the file. It seems there’s a bug on our end with the conditional logic for Shortcode – even though the conditional logic is disabled from the main toggle, there is a rule for “User logged in” for your “Archive Map” snippet and that is applied even though the main rules toggle is disabled. Please enable the rules, remove the rule and that should allow you to use the snippet right away.
I have made a note about this and we’ll make sure to fix the logic there to only apply the rules if the conditional logic is enabled in the next release.
Cool thanks a lot! That’s the quickest support i have ever seen! Keep up!
