Thank you for posting this bug report.
Can you please try the default addon selection with multiple addons type instead of a single addons type category?
To change the addon type you need to go through this setting path RestroPress -> Addons -> Edit the particular parent addon -> Here you can change the addon type single to multiple.

Yes still same bug when doing multiple add on type.
It only works for the last add on and not the different combinations as shown in video.
Please also can you respond to my paid support tickets as we need to start getting all issues fixed
