 * hi, i’ve been posting on the support forums to try and find a solution to a massive
problem i have been having, i the users, has helped me know that it is WP ecommerce
   that might be the problem.
The problem is… when i add products, when i click
on a field that requires me to put in information. the screen goes dark and then
a loading box appears. this box does not disappear then the whole wordpress stops
working unless i close it down and open it again. this problem is stopping our
company from moving forward as we are unable to add any new products, could you
please advise. thank you very much.

 * You’re using an incompatible version of WPEC with a newer version of WordPress.
 * You will want to upgrade WPEC. Before you upgrade I strongly urge you to do a
   backup of everything.
 * I personally use Backup Buddy I find it quick and simple.
 * If you at all have the option to test locally or on a clone I would urge you
to do that before upgrading a LIVE store.
 * Your hosting may be able to help you clone your site.
 * If they aren’t able to clone it at the very least have the backup if you need
   to restore the site.
