Hi. I’ve confirmed the bug when clicking the Export button. Sorry about this bug. I’ve logged it internally and this thread should receive an update once the fix is released (if it doesn’t get auto-closed before then).

You can keep up with our updates at https://theeventscalendar.com/category/products/release-notes/ or just watch Event Tickets’ changelog.

    Thank you.

    Hi sascom,

may be you can help me, because I’m a newbie with events calender + events tickets.
I need a solution to display an attendees list beside each event.

Do I need the pro versions or could you give me a short feddback how I can solve this issue?!

    Thanks for your support

    Ralf

    Hey,

Reaching out to let you know we released a hotfix for Event Tickets that addresses the issue with the attendees CSV export. We appreciate the patience while we worked a fix out.

Please update Events Tickets to version 4.6.3.1 and let us know if the fix works for your site. This fix should solve the problem for Event Tickets Plus users as well (no update required to this plugin).

    Release blog post → https://theeventscalendar.com/announcing-event-tickets-4-6-3-1/

    Cheers,
    Nico

@ralf4u, showing a list of the attendees is a feature of Event Tickets Plus (one of our premium addons). You are very welcome to submit pre-sales questions about this in our site’s help desk.
