Using Version 2.7.5 on WordPress 3.5.1 by the way. And this bug appears to happen when posting to Twitter.

I can now confirm the problem is not related to %. However, the problem now has occurred on 2 separate WordPress installations, each running Version 2.7.5 on WordPress 3.5.1 posting to 2 separate Twitter accounts. So while it is not related to % as my previous hypothesis stated, it now happens regardless of the % ;(
In both of these 2 separate installations and postings, both are now posting to Twitter without the %URL%. They are posting “%TITLE% -“, so the %URL% is missing.
Both of these only post to Twitter about once a day, so I need to wait another day to see if they continue with this problem.

Ok, this is definitely a major problem. Now I see on 6 different client WordPress installations who post to Twitter that they all have these same issues. Each of these are on different servers/boxes, so they run in different environments. They all do run Version 2.7.5 of SNAP on WordPress 3.5.1.
Also, this is very important troubleshooting info: the %URL% shows when the Post is immediately published, but when it is Scheduled it is not shown. So it seems to be stripped when a Scheduled post is finally published.
