    Hi:

In new Wp members version, when you edit a post “blocked” , when you save the changes, the post is unblocked automaticly, it should keep the original state of the post, as previous versions.

PD: In my settings new posts are unblocked by default.

Here a video where you can watch the issue:

There does seem to be an issue there. It seems to only be when the default is set to unblock and the post is set as blocked.

I’ll dig into it a little deeper. There is a fix release coming shortly anyway and it already has some changes in the block meta box. I’m changing how the interface looks and works as some people have found the current change to be confusing. So I’ll address the logic component of updating along with that.

Incidentally, the interface change is going to remove the line that tells what the default setting is and it will just indicate the status of that particular post. And with the addition of more visual icons, the all posts table will show status for all (instead of just those that are opposite the default). Some of those changes are already pushed to github if you want to try them.

I think I isolated the issue and have addressed it. I still have some additional testing to do, but overall I think the logic is fixed.

The potential 3.2.1 release in github relects this as long as you’re at commit d545d45 or later.
