# Bug using WordPress Multisite

 * Dear ShortPixel Support,
 * there is a bug when using ShortPixel on a WordPress Multisite installation. When
   new uploaded image is optimized at first everything looks fine:

 * However when I (down)load the image it is not reduced by size at all. This is
   because ShortPixel is saving the optimized images in the main uploads folder,
   not in the uploads folder of the site the upload was done:

   doesn’t happen for most websites.

 * Hi Maik, we are now aware of this problem and we’re working on solving it. We
   will probably cover this issue in our next plugin update.
