What exactly is the bug with the IP tracking? Is it showing the wrong IP? What IP does it show and what IP do you expect it to show?
Can you visit https://www.google.com/search?q=whats+my+ip on your phone and compare it to the one found in live traffic?

hi,
the bug is in live traffic, if i go on the website, there isn’t any ip detected, so no users instead of i’m on the website, so the tracking doesn’t work.

I’m still having a bit of trouble understanding exactly what the issue with live traffic is.
Can you take a screenshot of what you see in your live traffic looks like?
Is your Live Traffic set to All Traffic instead of Security Only?

ok, i set all traffic.
a screenshot would be not useful because there isn’t any ip wich appears (for iphone)

hi,
i had already set “All Traffic” and i check again now, i can see me.
i tested again with iphone and now it’s ok, strange. I know that there are some bug with IOS in general with tracking (google analytics for example).
