What do you mean by labels are bugged? Can you provide a clear explanation?

Basically, the first time you activate them, even when the label visibility is defaulted hidden, the labels are visible on the site. You have to enable the labels, save, and then dsable it again to hide the labels.

I just double tested the shortcuts bar on my end and everything works fine.
Did you updated to the latest version?

it is not that it doesn’t work afterwards, it is that the first time you activate the shortcut, it is bugged.
Try with a clean install of it. It is a small bug really but quite unexpected the first time, that’s it.
