BUG Search not returning results

    Hi there,

    The plugin was working beautifully just a couple of days ago and this morning I noticed it does not retrieve search results, it shows a message that there are no results matching my search term when this is not the case. I have already rolled back this plugin to a previous version and did the same for all other plugins and also activated another theme but still no luck.

    This can be because of the plugin and search form settings configuration done incorrectly.

    Could you please share me the screenshots of the plugin settings so that I can troubleshoot it?

    For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, http://imgur.com/ or other image service. 🙂

    Hey Vinod,

    Thanks for looking into this.
    These are images of the settings:
    – settings: these are the only two settings I have on
    – search form includes
    – search form excludes

    These are images of the search results:
    – if I enter search term “massage” it displays nothing
    – if I do NOT enter any search term it displays correctly

    Could you please try resetting the search form and configure it again?

    Resetting didn’t work.

    I have deactivated and deleted the plugin and installed and activated again however my previous settings are still there. How can I fully delete the plugin so that I can install/activate/configure settings afresh?
