# BUG Restricted Msg submit error

    I just installed the plguin, when Message is updated the Save Changes
   doesn’t work and goes into a 404.

 * Please contact your hosting provider to whitelist the settings page from the `
   mod_security` settings. This is an issue with the firewall of your server.

 * I’m using wordfence so should learn that, however how do I whitelist it in wordfence?

 * I’m not sure if it’s possible to disable it via WordFence. I suggest that you
   contact your hosting provider if it’s possible to whitelist the settings page
   from the firewall.
