Bug: Resources requested over HTTP instead of HTTPS

    Throughout the plugin, external resources (js files from Google, etc.) are consistently requested over HTTP instead of HTTPS (despite their availability over SSL). This causes errors in situations when the remainder of the page is served over SSL, and in certain configurations makes the plugin entirely unresponsive.
