# Bug Report: Upload Conflict

 * Message from support tech at Thrive Themes who was investigating why I was unable
   to upload a new image when using their Quiz Builder plugin. When clicking Select
   Files in the Upload section of the Media Libary (accessed via the plugin), nothing
   happens.
 * “I was able to replicate your concern. I tested if it possibly caused by a plugin
   a conflict and found out that the plugin The Events Calendar causes the issue.
   I’m not sure it could affect the upload function on other plugins but it would
   be best to reach out to their developer and let them know of this error it is
   causing.”
 * Testing their report, I deactivated TEC and was able to upload via their QB plugin
   as normal. Reactivated TEC and I am no longer able to upload. Seems to confirm
   their findings.

 * Do you know if this issue started after an update to our plugin or any other 
   plugins on your site?
 * Also, we’ve had a few plugin updates since you notified us of this bug. Do you
   still have this particular issue when our plugin is activated?

 * I just tested…the problem remains. I am fully up-to-date on all plugins.
