Autoptimize conflicted with other plugins when I upgraded WP to 4.9. I also upgraded some plugins at the same time, so the conflict could be there as well. Just putting it out there in case others encountered the same thing.

all my websites are on wordpress 4.9 as well, encountered no issues myself. 99,467247% sure to be an unrelated issue, due to a plugin update. have a look at the FAQ for info on troubleshooting (start with disabling or CSS or JS or HTML optimization to narrow the field to start with).

Thanks. It was the NinjaForms plugin causing trouble.
