This is not wpDiscuz bug. This is a theme css issue. It sets large padding and small height for form inputs. Please leave some page URL to allow us inspect this CSS conflict.

Please go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Background and Colors Tab
Put this CSS code in “Custom CSS Code” textarea:
#wpcomm input[type="text"], #wpcomm input[type="email"], #wpcomm input[type="password"]{
line-height: inherit!important;
}
Also, instead of “Metropolitansurfer” please use “Metropolitan surfer” to allow it line-break on FireFox

This issue comes from social icons, those don’t clear its floating.
Please go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Background and Color Tab and put this CSS code in the “Custom CSS Code” textarea:
#wpcomm .wc-form-wrapper{ clear: both; }
Also it seems there is some mistake in Russian translation of email notification options. It should be:

Please go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Phrases in the “Form” tab find thise phrases and change. This is a very popular mistake in Russian language sites, if you know somebody else please let others know about this.

It happens, because the translation stands next to the phrases.

These issues come from the theme, there lot of incorrect floating divs. It seems something has been removed from theme layout and the floating clearer have been lost.
