I’ve noticed that your plugin doesn’t work correctly when these conditions apply:
    1. Coupons have fixed cart discount
    2. Each coupon is applied to cart with different minimal and maxmium subtotal, e.g.

    – coupon 1: 10 euro off for subtotals between 100 and 200 euro
    – coupon 2: 30 euro off for subtotals between 201 and 300 euro
    – coupon 3: 50 euro off for subtotals between 301 and 400 euro
    etc.

    3. A store includes tax to prices
    4. There are tax rules for standard tax that set 21% tax to european countries and 0% tax to other ones
    5. A non-european customer adds to the cart products which no-tax price is below the maximum of one coupon and after-tax price is above the minimum cart worth of another coupon, e.g.

When a user adds to cart products that cost 180 Euro without tax (218 with tax).

In such situations the desctipion of applied coupon incorrectly belongs to the coupon that is over 200 minumum but the applied discount is -0 euro.

You don’t have a coupon field on the checkout page. How did you disable this? It could be a conflicting snippet.

Coupon is under the “Cart totals” heading

    I mean the ‘Apply a coupon’-field.

Grey box with “Enter coupon” text is expandable. The field is there.

I’m talking about the CHECKOUT page. When I test the problem only occurs on your CHECKOUT page. Could you test it with a standard theme like Storefront? It could also be related to a conflicting plugin.

Your plugin is no longer installed od that store since it didn’t work correctly. At the moment we installed a different one that also has its faults, but that particular thing works correctly in it.

It hasn’t been solved. We’ve moved to a different solution.
