    Dear developers,

After clicking Publish, the changes don’t stick, and the old content stays as if no edits were made. It’s really frustrating. Only “Save as Draft” seems to update the content, but when reopening the page to edit, it loads the version from before saving.

There’s no error message, just the same old result.
Browser: MS Edge (latest the latest: 143.0.3650.96), and my OS: is Win 11 Pro.

    What can I do?

Thank you for your reply in advance.

I finally received an error message: “Update failed. The response is an invalid JSON response.” So, we are about to write about the support to:

    • disable mod_security rules, or
    • whitelist the following paths:

    /wp-json/
    /wp-json/wp/v2/*
    /wp-admin/post.php
    /wp-admin/post-new.php

We’re on it, and we hope that it will resolve the issue.

    Hi @iorgu

Can you provide a screenshot of where you’re seeing this error, please. As that error isn’t a Beaver Builder error and is likely appearing when clicking Publish in the WordPress editor not Beaver Builder.

    Hi @dannyholt

We weren’t able to produce the error, only by disabling the Beaver Builder, but I thought it’s relevant to our case.

Before Publish this is what I see: https://ibb.co/nq6rbXz3

…that is all is fine, until we see the Published page: https://ibb.co/sd0D08HB

…it reverts to the old one.

After turning off all plugins except Beaver Builder, it turned out this one was the culprit:

    Testimonials Slider
Best Responsive Testimonials slider. Manage and display testimonials for your blog, product or service.
    2.9.5 version | Author: ntech-technologies

Thank you @dannyholt for the troubleshooting!
