# bug on visual

 * Hello,
 * When i installed the plugin, it works good but it appear to have some issues 
   on visual, in backoffice and website.
    It is difficult to work on backoffice 
   plugin with it all unconfigured.

 * Thanks for reaching out us. Seems that one of the components added to your website
   influences on plugin’s CSS styles.
    For checking that could you, please, try 
   to
 * 1) deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem exists
    2) change your
   theme to a default WordPress theme for a few seconds only in order to check if
   the issue exists using another theme or not

 * Hello,
 * It works fine in default WordPress theme. I’m using Dixit Multipurpose WordPress
   Theme. What can i do now?

 * Dear hugoalves,
 * You could either [contact us](https://huge-it.com/contact-us/) and we will have
   a look if the plugin’s codes can be adjusted from our side or ask your theme 
   developers to check what’s causing the issue.
    The problem is definitely in the
   theme codes because on default theme the plugin works fine.
