Bug on users LOGGED OUT | WordPress.org

Hi.
In version 1.3.3, if I choose to display a menu item only for LOGGED OUT users, the item is not displayed.
If I load page like a guest, I can’t display this item.

Maybe a little bug?

I can’t reproduce this problem. Logged out items are displaying when I am logged out in both Twenty Twelve and Twenty Thirteen. Is there anything else you can tell me that might help me identify the problem?

Please test in a default theme and try disabling other plugins and let me know how that goes.

Did you test it in WordPress 3.6 or older version?

Same version here.
I’ll try to test other plugins conflict or default theme, stay tuned.
