[Bug] Missing closing table tag on Edit Page screen

    Hey guys,

    With this plugin active, I noticed that on my Edit Page screen if there was any number of metaboxes registered *after* the Twitter Card widget, the metabox you register would break the layout.

    It looks like there’s a missing closing table tag in when the condition on line 140 is true but the condition below it on line 157 (with the closing tag) is false:

    /twitter/src/Twitter/WordPress/Admin/Post/TwitterCard.php

    Let me know if you need more information, this was on a client’s site of mine so I’m not sure exactly what is needed for any of the conditionals to be true.
