BUG: Malformed HTML if replacement has tags in html and tags in html comment

    HTML is malformed and the entire page is not generated if replacement text has an html tag along with an html comment which also has a tag of some kind inside it.

    The example below does not work –

    :WP: => <a href='http://wp.org'>WP</a> <!-- Replacement by <contact>person</contact> -->
