So, when turning on Premium Addons for my website, a problem with WP Forms occurs. When trying to submit a form via. WP Forms plugin, when Premium Addons is enabled, the submit button doesn’t respond on mobile/tablet devices. It does work on dekstop, but not on mobile/tablet devices.

Have been in contact with WP Forms development, who have tried to migrate my website to a wordpress testing engine and found the only solution to make WP Forms work on mobile/tablet devices, was to deactivate Premium Addons.

Looking forward to a bugfix between WP Forms and Premium Addons.

FYI; linked website, currently has Premium Addons turned off.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gutsi007,

    Hope you’re having a great day 🙂

I’ve checked your page, but I can’t find your form. Also, could you please activate Premium Add-ons so I can check things further from my end ?

    Best Regards,
    Leap13 Team

    Hi Leap13 Team

    I’ve reactivated the plugin.

Here’s a link for a site with a form that doesn’t seem to work: https://power-racing.dk/underskriv-ansvarsfraskrivelse/

The problem is when filling it out, and trying to submit (“Send”-button”) nothing happens, the form doesn’t submit. Feel free to try it out, just write test then i’ll ignore the submission if you can get one submitted. The problem only occours on mobile/tablet devices. Tried on iphone with iOS 12 and Android on Huwaei P20.

    Sincerely,
    Morten

@leap13 I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
