Bug in Visitor Maps affecting Timely?
Hi, first let me say Visitor Maps and Who’s Online is a very useful tool for monitoring our small nonprofit site, so thanks. We are using 220.127.116.11 and it is only viewable from the Dashboard.
In recent months we have added the All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely (Version 1.9.1-standard) to our site to show availability of our building (which is charged for but still non-profit) – http://www.bangorquakers.org.uk/contact-lettings/calendar. Having trouble with showing British Summer Time, especially repeating events, despite settings being correct, and have recently been in touch with Timely. They recommended de-activating plugins and if that improved things (which it did), turning them on one by one to see which one triggered the conflict. This does appear to be Visitor Maps and Who’s Online, the only other one currently activated being emObA. Timely suggested I contact you “find out if there is a bug in their code that is causing compatibility issues with the new technologies introduced by [their] v1.9”. So I am doing that.
For the time being at least I will have to de-activate Visitor Maps and Who’s Online, sadly, as our Calendar is important in our service to the community. If you have any suggestions as to how this problem might be overcome I shall be glad to hear it.
