    Hi,

    since your last update, the editor escapes “all” special characters. I think this is not what you tried to achieve…

    var vContainer = $("#wp-custom-header-video");

    if (typeof vContainer == "object") {

    Best regards

    Hello Oliver,

    could you please tell me what theme and plugins you’re using so I can replicate the issue on my computer?

    Internally the special characters need to be once transformed to the HTML entities in order to be correctly displayed in the editor. In your case I assume that there some code (in the theme or in one of the plugins) that transforms the special characters the second time, therefore you see them as HTML entities.

    Hi, I have a very complex site with lot’s of plugins. Theme is Twenty Seventeen. If you send me a personal message, I can arrange for a Login…

    Cheers

    I appreciate your trust in me, but having the back-end credentials comes with the possibility to get the blame in case something goes wrong now or in the future.

    I’d prefer to get only a list of plugins so I can research the issue on my computer.
