    There is an bug.
    If the user registered the email in which there are large letters, the profile can not be edited.
    Shows an error “This email is already registered”

    Hi @grafffs,

    Do you mean the email entered during a ticket submission, or from the registration form? And is the profile being edited from the front end (via the [your-account] shortcode, or from within WP Admin

    I mean the email entered from the registration form.
    Then through shortcode can not change your profile information.
    In code you have transformed email into small letters and then compared to the registration email.
    This email will always be different from the registered.
    Shows an error “This email is already registered”
