Hi, I encounter a bug in the paid version, but it’s older than the free version, so the bug may be fixed in the free version already. Why is the paid version behind?

Problem is that my tracking code is displayed nowhere, but these two lines are there:
<!–BEGIN: TRACKING CODE MANAGER BY INTELLYWP.COM IN BODY//–>
    <!–END: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tracking-code-manager //–>

The tracking code between them is missing, no matter what I configure. Now it won’t be very clever to search for a solution in my old paid plugin when it may be fixed in the free version already.
    What now?

Not a bug. There *are* plugins out there that remove <script></script> tags on purpose.
    doh!

But still there is the nagging question: Why are the version numbers different?
Does that mean that the code base between ‘free’ and ‘paid’ is not the same?
Then it’s difficult to trust the paid version… does not seem right at all.

    Hi @therab ,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.

We found and fixed an issue only on the free version, this is the reason.

I’ll suggest to our dev team to release a new update and change the version number of the premium version.

    Cheers
