    FYI – if I stay on the page while it reloads over and over again, it eventually gives this message – 414 request-uri too large nginx

    Can anyone offer help with this issue? It’s preventing us from making any changes to the images on our website and I would love to find a way to be able to keep NextGen before I uninstall and start from scratch. The website is http://www.IVCCO.com

    @lpedante@gmail.com – I suspect a possibly plugin conflict … have you tried activating NextGEN Gallery when all other plugins have been deactivated first?

    Thanks for your response! It was a conflict with the plugin WP-Touch Pro that was causing the issue. I was able to fix by fixing an issue in the WP-Touch Pro setup. Thanks for your response!

    @lpedante@gmail.com – Thanks for the follow-up!

    Have you let the WP Touch authors know about what you found?

    – Cais.
