Bug in Display Conditions

    When I enable Posts and a CPT (Listings in my case) in Display Conditions and the condition is set to OR – ads are being displayed in both posts and pages.
    When the condition is changed to AND – everything is back to normal, ads aren’t getting injected into pages.
    Looks like a bug with condition logic somewhere.

    Hi bugnumber9 and aphharsia,

    thanks for reaching out.

    This is the default behaviour of the conditions.

    Your setup would read like this:

    Show this ad on pages which are {include all General Conditions} OR|AND (Posts or Listings).

    As you can see, when you choose OR and the first condition is true (which it is in every case) then the second condition is not even checked.

    Hence, AND is the correct choice.

    Hey Thomas,

    Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I got your point now: with OR and even only Posts selected – the ad will be injected everywhere because pages, listings, etc are [custom] post types.
    I just found that somewhat confusing at first, so thanks for clarification.
