    Hi,

    I am looking forward to buy the premium version but having one small problem while updating the products. I am using custom fields feature and it works fine. But when I open the product to update some settings the checkboxes gets deselected by default. Only the first checkbox in each custom field group remains selected. So this creates a lot of problem as I have to manually select all options again.

    Can you please look into it ASAP?

    Hi Varun,

    Usually when you have a problem with custom fields saving, it’s because your input values have spaces after the commas. For example: “Value 1, Value 2, Value 3”

    This causes the space to be included in the name of the input value, which messes up the saving.

    Just remove the spaces after the commas and then save the custom field. For example: “Value 1,Value 2,Value 3”

    Then do the same thing for all custom fields.
