You have unexpected whitespace (probably either a single space or an entire line) on line 2840 of the template.php file. Follow this guide:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F

Alternatively, replacing the template.php file with a freshly downloaded copy may resolve the issue.

Where is RC2? I found RC1 and use it!

http://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.0-RC2.zip - Right? I download it and update my RC1... I found it by typing manual RC1 to RC2.

Yeah, that's it. It's the latest nightly build.
