BUG – HTML chars in members page

I would like to submit a bug in the members page. If you chose to display the bio of the member and the text contains apostrophes, such as in “I'm“, the member page shows “I'm” but the user profile page shows it correctly. The code below shows “I'm” hence the ampersand is recoded in HTML so the apostrophe won’t work. You can workaround with backquotes “`” but that is incorrect.
