• When generating shipping labels in bulk, the returned GLS data — including the PDF and tracking number — is not being saved to the order’s metadata. This is causing significant issues on our end, as we’re unable to access tracking information or download labels afterward.

    Could someone please look into this bug? It would really help streamline our workflow.

    I don’t understand how the module should work…

    If I “Bulk Generate GLS Labels” I don’t get any labels in return – I still have to open each order one by one and print each label…?

    If I then use “Bulk Print GLS Labels”, new labels are generated.

    If I “Bulk Print GLS Labels” (without “Bulk Generate GLS Labels”), I get all the labels in one PDF, but tracking codes are not saved?

    Am I doing something wrong or is it designed this way?

    Hey thats the way it currently works, but we are working on a fix to work more logically as you explained, it will be up in 1-2 weeks.

    Vidim da se nešto promijenilo. Ali i dalje mi se ne čini ispravno.

    Je li moguće dodati u changelog koje su bile stvarne promjene?
