Gallery settings changes on their own

    Hello, i face a very strange problem.

    I have been running version 3.1.14 and NextGEN Plus in version 1.6.8 without any problem. However, when I tried to upgrade to versions 3.2.2 and 3.2.4, a very strange problem appeared.

    While the upgrading is normally done, after some time (there is no specific time), the settings I’ve put in all Gallery Settings (Gallery -> Gallery Settings), reseting and they are back to their original settings.

    I tried to reset all options (Gallery -> Other Options -> Reset options) but the bug still persists.

    Any help?

    Hi @aldon,

    I am sorry to hear of the encountered problem. I hope that you wouldn’t mind deactivate then delete NextGen Gallery plugin. No worries about the galleries and settings – these are safe in the database since we aren’t running any scripts that would delete or reset anything on the plugin removing.

    Once done, please install NextGen Gallery again.

    @mihaiimagely thank you for quick response. I deactivate, delete and i install again the NextGen Gallery 3.2.4.

    I’ll inform you if the problem still persists or has been fixed.

    Update: the bug appears again, when i upload a new gallery. I rollback to version 3.1.14 until you fix this bug
