BUG – Front-end Phrases don't suport Special Characters

    Hi

    After the last update 2.2.0 WPDiscuz don’t support Special Characters anymore.
    My language is Brazilian Portuguese,and characters like ç, á, ã and any others are not properly displayed.
    For example:
    Comment
    Comentário (should display like this)

    Comentário (but it is displaying incorrect)
