    Hi @osieltavares,

Thanks for getting in touch about our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I’m happy to help out here 🙂 or help gather the necessary information to contact Facebook directly.

We’re currently on version 2.1.3 so I recommend updating your plugin to the latest version.

Once you’ve had a chance to update, could you please let me know if the issue persists?

    Thanks!

    Hello Friend
    The problem persists!

    This bug started starting:
    #2020.10.27 – version 2.1.1
*Fix – Adjust code syntax that may have issued errors in installations running PHP lower than 7.3

(This problem did not exist in the #2020.10.26 – version 2.1.0)

    @osieltavares thanks for confirming that!

As a next step, I’d like to try to rule out a plugin or theme conflict causing the issue here.

Would you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce and then attempt another test? If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins one by one to rule out a potential plugin conflict.

Would you please follow these steps to test for conflicts?
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce
    – Temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty
    – Attempt another test

You can do this without disrupting your live site by using a staging site or by using the Health Check plugin which you can download here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

If you use the Health Check plugin you can access troubleshooting mode by going to Tools > Site Health > Troubleshooting. Here’s what that looks like: https://cloud.skyver.ge/4guJwDzX

Could you please try and let me know if the issue persists? It would be super helpful to rule things out. I’d appreciate it!

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your updates @osieltavares

Does it look like there are more conflicts now?

For conflicts, we typically recommend reaching out to the plugin’s developers, however, it looks like you’re running into something else now?

Could you please let me know what PHP version you have?

    Thanks!

As a next step, I’d like to double-check if your site is logging any errors when this issue occurs. Would you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check if you have any “fatal errors” log files? This should look something like this.

    Thanks!
