How do I create custom charts for forms?

When I click on the plus icon all of the options to create a custom chart are greyed out. Tried removing disabled from all of the form elements to see if it was a bug, but if I do this to force the custom chart to be created then I just get a blank chart box.

Can this be fixed? We have a number of radio buttons and checkboxes on a cf7 form for which we would like to display graphs. Beyond coding something ourselves this seems to be the only off the shelf solution so would be great if you could address these bugs and get the plugin working as expected.

    WordPress version 6.8.1.
    CF7 version 6.1.
    Flamingo version 2.5.
    Easy Panel version 1.2.
    MariaDB version 10.3.39.
    PHP version 8.1.32.

    Thank you

Followed this up with a direct email to plugin support and they have responded stating that this plugin only works with select boxes and does not have support for other field types. Nor are there any plans to support radio buttons or checkboxes in the future which is a real shame.

This should probably be clearly mentioned in the plugin description, but hey-ho.

    Hey @zcomputers,

    Thanks for your input.

The issue raised here is about a specific feature request — support for radio and checkbox CF7 fields in the “Add Your Own Custom Charts” functionality.

Beyond basic reporting, the plugin includes a custom chart builder that lets you visualize specific data dimensions — for example, turning any dropdown (select) field into a pie chart, which is especially useful for questions like “How did you hear about us?”

Custom charts display the number and percentage of entries that selected each option, and currently support any select-type field from your CF7 form. Just to clarify, this is clearly stated in the plugin description.

Following your comment, I’ll definitely consider this request for a future release. I’m also happy to learn more about your use case and work with you to see how it could be included in an upcoming version.
