BUG? Conflict with this plugin?

    Hello,

    I noticed a couple of weeks ago whenever I would upload an image to the media library that it would almost triple in file size. I went through plugin deactivations and this plugin was causing the conflict. When it is activated, images are uploading at almost 3x their original size. When deactivated, they don’t. Can you test this out? Has anyone else had these issues?

    Does that happen to watermarked or all images?

    Image watermark has an option to set the quality of images that overrides your theme default setting. Please try using a smaller value.

    Another possible answer is when you watermark images the watermark becomes a part of the image and may (depending on the image) increase it’s size.

    Thanks for the reply. That helped. 🙂

    I hadn’t replaced the huge home page featured image since before I installed this plugin so I have not been working with images of this size before. That’s why it jumped out at me when I saw the size. I adjusted the slider for Image Quality and that made a difference.
