# Bug Chrome RESULT_CODE_HUNG

 * Hi,
 * We noticed on our website that the latest version of your plugin created a bug
   preventing the editing of pages.
 * We installed an old version of the plugin and we no longer have this problem.
 * Indeed, after a while we have a pop up allowing to stop the page and then the
   error message RESULT_CODE_HUNG.
 * Are you aware of this problem?

 * Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused!
 * If you are still using an older version of the plugin, please update to the latest
   version (4.3.6.1), and could you please check your browser error console for 
   issues so I can investigate further?
 * Please follow these steps:
    1. Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser 
       developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here – [https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis](https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis)
    2. Reload the screen and click on the **Save Changes** button
    3. Check the **Console** tab for errors which will show in red.
    4. Take a screenshot/screencast or copy and paste these errors and send them to
       me, and I can investigate this further.
