    Hello,

    I have found a bug in Events Manager 5.2.6.

    It is not possible to set "Available Spaces" to sero. If you set "Available Spaces" to 0 (sero) on "Create a Ticket" it will be 10 after saving.

    You can solve this by changing the variable declaration in class EM_Ticket in the file classes/em-ticket.php.
    Change it to "var $ticket_spaces = 0;"

    this might not be a bug but instead a minimum available space is required.

    Hello aglonwl,

    for me this is a bug. Because:
    In case ticket reservation is not only possible on the website but also by phone for example, there is the need to set available tickets to sero.

    Disabling reservation in this case is also no option for me, because I want to trigger the "totally booked" state of the event.

    It is also not possible to delete all tickets, the plugin will create at least one default ticket in any case. This is also a strange behaviour for me.

    tickets curretnly have to have a minimum space at the moment. if you want endless tickets you should just set a very high number.

    if you're only taking reservation by phone, then you should disable bookings and use e.g. conditional placeholders to show that information like {is_past} and {is_future}

    Hello Marcus,

    I do not want endless tickets and I do not have reservation only by phone.

    I want to trigger the totally booked state of an event easily.
