Bug: can’t see ads list and adsense ads not saving

    Hi,

    I have 2 big problems with your plugin (latest version update):

    1) When I add a new ads choosing Google Adsense type, the copied code is not saving, the box goes blank after saving the ads.

    2) The ads list is disapperead! Instead I found a page with a list of my published posts.

    Can you help me?

    I am sorry to read about the issues. Do you know if they happen with the update from 1.10.1 to 1.10.2 or from an earlier version?

    Hi Thomas,

    I updated yesterday from 1.9 to 1.10.2. I found the first issue from 1.9 and the second from 1.10.2.

    thanks for the update.

    #1 could be related to some scripts being updated. Do you know how to clear your browser cache?

    #2 could be a plugin conflict. We made the ad filter more reliable, but our changes seem to conflict with various plugins that hijack the query without doing many checks. Would it be possible for you to identify which plugin might cause this by disabling them one by one? You can use the Health Check plugin to even do this without your users noticing. When I know where the conflict is coming from I can see if we can harden our query to make it less vulnerable for those conflicts.

    Thanks for the advice.

    #1 I cleared the cache but nothing changed.

    #2 I checked all the plugins with Health Check but I could not find the incompatibility. All plugins seem fine.

    Do you have other ideas?

    I might have a solution for #2. Would you mind reaching out directly via our support form?

    #1 is a bit more unique. Do you know the Query Monitor plugin and can install that and see if it throws any issues on the ad edit and ad list pages?

    Update: Issues fixed thanks to the great help of graficavillcom. Interesting case caused by a broken translation and an issue in the theme.

    I am having this same issue and had to rollback AA plugin to 1.9. Happening on 2 sites.

    there haven’t been any more reports about such a problem after the latest update. Did you test that as well?
