Bug: Cannot redeclare unichr()

Ceceppa Multilingua conflicts with the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips
plugin. Both plugins define the unichr() function.

It seems that unichr() is not actually used in Ceceppa Multilingua, so it could simply be removed. If for some reason it is still needed, I suggest wrapping the function definition in a function_exists() call.
