 * Hello,
 * I need your help because for several weeks the state of woocommerce and the media
   do not load anymore.
    Indeed the dashboard of woocommerce is “stretched” and
   the media do not load And on the woocommerce extension I get this message “An
   error occurred while getting your inbox. Please try again. ” Do you know where
   this can come from? Thanks

 * Hi [@sobreak](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sobreak/),
 * Let’s start with this part:
 * > And on the woocommerce extension I get this message “An error occurred while
   > getting your inbox. Please try again.
 * Kindly check whether you have the iThemes Security plugin. If you do, please
   try the fix explained here – [https://www.deviant.media/2021/01/19/solution-woocommerce-there-was-an-error-getting-your-inbox-please-try-again/](https://www.deviant.media/2021/01/19/solution-woocommerce-there-was-an-error-getting-your-inbox-please-try-again/).
 * If you do not have the iThemes Security plugin, the following section will explain
   further how to troubleshoot the issue.
 * > I need your help because for several weeks the state of woocommerce and the

 * It could be another tool (plugin/theme) causing the stretched layout and also
   the error you’re getting.
 * Thus, could you kindly perform a conflict test to try and find the plugin that
   causes this error to be displayed? Here’s the conflict test guide – [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/).
 * Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.
