BUG: Ampersand in Email fields gets HTML encoded

An ampersand “&” in an email field on the “Mail” tab (e.g., “From”, “Subject”) gets HTML-encoded to “&” in the generated email.
So for example if [_site_title] is used in “From”, and the site title is “Me & You Inc.”, the email will be From “Me & You Inc.”
