Bug?

WP 5.3.3
GainWP 5.4.5.
Php 7.1.33
Shared hosting with C-panel

My site and G Analytics account is working properly.

After standard installation step 8.”Click Save Access Code button”,no saving process but an error message appears instead.

On “Google Analytics Errors & Debugging” page of the plugin there is the following description:

GAPI Error: 

Usual troubleshooting processes (delete and upload again plugin, other plugins switch off, etc.) done without result.
I’m not an IT man but it looks like a http 28 error but I don’t know whether it derives from a bug, or server side problem or something else?
