* Responsive Table Layout enables wpautop by default (is also the WordPress default)
but a theme or other plugins can overrule this setting.
* Can you check if you find those tags?

The Table Layout plugin has nothing to do with this table. * I should post this issue on the general WordPress forum. * `How do I get it back to editable format??` * The layout issue is the result of the bug described on this topic. It is not related to the database. * It caused by paragraph tags that are included in the main WordPress editor. those tags were written by older versions of the plugin that had [wpautop](https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wpautop) disabled for the post editor. * In version 1.5.4 I decided to enable it cause of layout issues when including shortcodes form other plugins. * In some cases the paragraphs are still remaining. * I am writing a script to replace those paragraphs with newlines.
