Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and resetting the folder, doesn’t help.
If I switch the the default theme, won’t I lose all my customizations?
No, switching themes is standard troubleshooting.
BTW, that appears to be a featured image that is not working correctly.

Thans WPyogi. I played around with the settings and realized a “placeholder image” setting was turned on with the link to it left blank. Turned it off and the issue is fixed now.
