  • No, my plugin isn’t compatible with BuddyPress. BuddyPress has its own avatar features and my plugin only overrides the features on some functions, not all of them. I’ve decided to leave that alone.

it should work, since buddypress is using WP avatars…

As I said, my plugin works only partially. That’s because BuddyPress uses a mixture of get_avatar (which my plugin overrides) and their own functions like bb_get_avatar and other functions that have names that begin with bp_get_avatar. Rather than spend time trying to get my plugin to work with these functions, I’ve decided to leave it alone because there isn’t much added benefit to using my plugin with BuddyPress.

but i need a plugin which is compatible with buddypress, as em using ma site as social site. yur plugin was awsm , but if overrides the buddypress avatar. can anyone help me out.

or please suggest me any other plugin which can make ma profile pic of buddypress . (users avatars in their community profile page).

@ullaelo – BuddyPress has its own avatar uploader. As much as I would like people to use my plugin, why doesn’t the avatar feature in BuddyPress do what you would like it to do?

actually the image get Broken, when i upload in Buddypress. so em looking for an alternate to override tat. so searchin and searchin, haven’t got tat error solved yet.
