buddypress activity stream

i want to integrate every single activity that is happening on my wordpress site into the activity stream. including the activities from different plugins that im going to install on my site. basically every activity that is happening in my site i want them all to appear in the activity stream of buddypress. and also if possible to make it appear also in the notifications. can somebody please help me?
