I am running BuddyBoss (Buddypress fork) and would like to configure a user role that allows a user to manage social groups/forums – create, delete, update, manage etc.
From the URE dashboard, I only see “group type” roles as available, but nothing pertaining to actual managing groups themselves. Also the bbPress role is set to “participant” and read-only. I actually don’t see anything specifically for managing BuddyBoss.
What do I need to configure this? Does it have anything to do with whether the user is an administrator, editor, contributor, or subscriber? I’m currently seeing these issues using “editor”
